FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM

BRIDGE+ PROGRAM

 

(115) Our introductory program is a step by step approach designed to buffer initial hesitation to starting a fitness program.

(400) Learn how to build strength and endurance through barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight training. Our experienced coaches will prescribe individualized modifications to address technique faults and ensure a safe yet challenging session. Our group classes are education driven and provide community based accountability to help you stay consistent.

 

(115) Our senior strength program promotes functional strength, longevity and resilience.

(400) Designed and coached by Physical Therapists, the exercises target bone and muscle strength and flexibility that decrease as we age. Individual needs are met across a broad spectrum of physical ability through individual scales and modifications.  We focus on improving motor control, balance, cardiovascular health and overall strength and flexibility. We provide a fitness base for seniors in Pasadena.

 

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

We incorporate a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular fitness to improve strength, endurance, and mobility. PERSONAL TRAINING
